Well, I didn’t meet my deadline for Ash Land – The Series, but that was a tall order considering only two people are working on the VFX and sound design, while only one person works on the musical score. That doesn’t mean we quit working on it, it only means it’s getting done right instead of being pushed out the door before it’s ready.
Thank you for your time and dedication, Emily Rizer and Dillon M. DeRosa! Ash Land will be incredible when it’s done!
I just let three people, who have no involvement with the film, preview Ash Land…. and the reception was GREAT! Words that were said include: ‘Beautiful’, ‘Music is awesome!’, ‘Oh gross!’, ‘Oh NO!’, ‘He’s so creepy’, ‘I love the Drifter’, and ‘what happens next?’
I can’t wait until this is done.

Amongst the many highlights to working on Ash Land – The Series, two of those highlights were meeting and working with Charles Hubbell and Harrison Matthews. Two very professional actors who made Ash Land 100 times more exciting to watch. The production value of any film only increases when you have actors like these on your set, and I’m VERY grateful they both said, “yes,” to my project.
